"Good and comfortable stay in a serene village near south Lake District."

Location of property was beautiful and serene. It is in a village and has good accessibility to Lake District. Host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay.

Property needs some upgrade. Sofa upholstery was torn and needs a change now. Also Internet was not provided and mobile network didn’t work well. Quite a few things were missing like toiletries etc. you expect atleast such basic things when you pay a reasonable amount for your stay. Host was communicative and provided bath mat and some capsules for washing machine on request.

"Exceptional"

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, thoughtfully placed soft lighting made for cosy evenings, well equipped kitchen, generously left milk, teabags and biscuits which were appreciated after a long drive.

It would have been really helpful to have a hair dryer available, not a negative or an unknown as we knew it wasn’t mentioned in the booking.

"Nice little cottage"

Cottage was cosy and pet friendly, close drive to Grange over sands.

Nothing to do in lindale village itself, weather was horrendous which didnt help.
