Muy equipada, importante el aire acondicionado para los dias de calor que pasamos. Muy espaciosa.

Het appartement is zeer ruim, modern en brandschoon, en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien: een complete keuken met koelkast, oven en vaatwasser, twee badkamers, een fijn zwembad, een terras en zelfs een wasmachine. Perfect voor een langer verblijf en ideaal voor een groter gezelschap. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een fruitmand en andere lekkernijen, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Dankzij de dikke muren hadden we geen enkele geluidshinder. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, want in Sa Pobla zelf is weinig te doen, maar het dorp is een prima uitvalsbasis voor het noorden van Mallorca. Parkeren was elke dag eenvoudig: we konden zelfs steeds recht tegenover de voordeur parkeren. Het appartement biedt veel privacy en de host was altijd snel bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Kortom: een absolute aanrader.

Het enige minpunt was de douche op de begane grond: de vloer loopt daar niet voldoende af, waardoor het water in de meeste gevallen overstroomt. Je moet daardoor voorzichtig en niet te lang douchen om te voorkomen dat de badkamer blank komt te staan.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr modern und einfach alles super. Auch die Abwicklung war sehr einfach, super lieb & unkompliziert.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert bestens. Auch die Kommunikation mit Familie Serra war schnell und problemlos. Ebenso haben wir uns über das frische Obst und die Getränke im Kühlschrank gefreut! Nachdem nach uns keine neuen Mieter erwartet worden, wurde uns von Familie Serra proaktiv ein Late Check Out angeboten. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft

Man sollte wissen, dass Sa Pobla wenig touristische Infrastruktur besitzt und sicher nicht zu den schönsten Orten auf Mallorca zählt. Das hat mit dem Haus selbst natürlich nur bedingt zu tun und ist somit kein Kritikpunkt an der Unterkunft selbst!

Privatsphäre ohne Einsicht von aussen, Lage (kurze Wege nach Alcudia, Pollenca, Formentor, Autobahn nach Palma und Flughafen), sehr grosszügige Gastgeberfamilie (Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Frisches Obst und Getränke beim Einzug, nach Poolreinigung lagen köstliche Croissants auf dem Tisch, verlängerter, kostenloser Check-Out weil Abendflug, liebevolle und rasche Kommunikation), Sauberkeit, grosse Räume, sauberer, privater Aussenpool und Terasse mit Liegen, schöner Aussenbereich, moderne und vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Parkplatz immer auf der Strasse verfügbar, eigene Waschmaschine, usw..

This place was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean with everything needed for a self catering holiday. A 5 minute walk to the square in SA Pobla with lots of bars/cafes/restaurants Don't hesitate to book this place. All the locals were very friendly and drinks/food much cheaper than in the bigger tourist towns

Can Serra is a perfect base for a holiday in the North East of Mallorca (though it's helpful to have a car). The house is very clean and well presented. The owner was helpful and attentive throughout our stay; we were greeted with a 'welcome pack' of fruit, wine and milk. Following a storm we had issues with the WiFi due to local damage to the network, but the owner took time to speak to the internet provider and kept us updated on when the problem would be fixed. They also serviced the pool / pool area twice during our week-long stay, which meant it remained spotlessly clean (even leaving us fresh pastries when they visited). Sa Pobla is a quiet working town, not one Mallorca's typical tourist destinations - however supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all a short walk or drive from the house. Alcudia, Playa De Muro and Can Picafort beaches are each just a 20 minute drive away. Palma and the south of the island are approx 45 mins away. A stay here is highly recommended if you're happy to be away from island's resorts, but close enough if you're looking to visit them.

Parking is on-street parking. Most days we were able to find a spot immediately by the property, however there were occasions when we had to park further away (though never more than a 1-2 minute walk). As another review also noted, there is only one key for the property. This was inconvenient at times for a family of our size. Would recommend the owners consider making a second key available.
