Gite la Denteliere

Great hosts - met them in the last minutes of cleaning. They very very nice - the apartment had fulfilled our needs for a night Just the big window to the main road kept the apartment a little bit to cold - however the heating was sufficient

This was a great place. Stylish, roomy and well equipped. The downstairs bed was ver comfortable and the location was great with a few bars and restaurants nearby.

The entry instructions and info arrived literally at check in time (I think 4pm). I think this could be sent just a bit earlier for peace of mind without compromising security.

Great location and easy street parking. My boys loved the two loft beds. Great place for families to stay overnight before or after the euro tunnel. I would stay here again without hesitation.

First of all, the hosts are really nice and understanding. They looked at my booking in details and proactively asked for my need based on my family members. Secondly I reached early but they supported me with the stay, otherwise things would have been more difficult for me. Hats off!! There were plenty of amenities and it helped my stay smooth. The house was neat and clean and cozy. No stress on mind about the keys of the house, it was code to open the gate 😊. There were options for coffee and variety of tea. Overall, I am more than happy with the property and the owners!!

Few small things to note: 1. You need to be careful about the stairs. No option. 2. Bathroom door lock is a thing to test your IQ 😆 you need to lift slightly up to make it right.

Good location, good communication with the host

We loved the originality of the property; it was stylish and comfortable. We were intrigued by its decoration and would have loved to know more about its origins. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, both for the Channel Ferry and for exploring Calais.

We had trouble parking. The hosts tried to help and we're grateful for that

The gite was excellent. Really clean, comfortable and with great facilities. The gite was ideally located for restaurants and exploring Calais. Makes a good base for exploring the area.
