Disappointed with the outside space, care needs to be taken and if families want to enjoy it to the fullest then it definitely needs to be tidied up.

Spacious and clean. Big garden with great views. Good facilities.

Great location for visiting Southwold. Took about 20 minutes to walk in. Great size house for two families with teenage kids. Well equipped kitchen. Felt homely and sofa was very comfortable after a day of walking.

Double mattress was out of shape, kitchen fridge was too small for 8 of us and had missing shelf in the door. There was an extra fridge in the garage however having one in the kitchen that could safely hold cartons of milk etc would be expected. The place could have been a bit cleaner: rug in living area could do with seeing a carpet cleaner. We couldn't all fit round the table for dinner.

Good size lounge diner off the kitchen had lovely green view over garden and countryside. Garage with table tennis table, superb for outside clothes etc. Lots of plates, saucepans etc and the house came with washing up clothes and dishwasher tablets.

The double bed in the en-suite bedroom was very uncomfortable, so second night onwards we moved into the other double bedroom and that bed was very comfortable. The house had 8 beds but only 6 chairs for the dining table (which didn't affect us as there was only two of us).

The location, the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms

The living areas were a bit scruffy and it didn't feel that clean. The TVs didn't work either.

Near to Southwold.

Not cleaned on arrival. Garden and outdoor facilities scruffy. Gas coal effect fire didn’t work. Poor internet. Broken fridge shelf since 2022. Only one shower/bathroom. En-suite loo and sink only.
