"Second visit to a lovely cottage"

Restful Location , comfort , furnishings , Welcome pact , location to shops and pubs and the wider Broads area ,

Communication was abit muddled - i think we tried booking .com , outlook and gmail all with varying details of success so maybe an agreed coms platform would be beneficial ?

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack and even the dog was thought of.

Noises in the bedrooms from water pipes rattling, Impacted ability to sleep. Requested two single beds in second bedroom, unfortunately not done. Hedges in need of cutting right back on the driveway. Hawthorne scratching car. Only one toilet roll, of poor quality, in each toilet for three days stay. Pillows rather soft/thin.

Such a beautiful cottage. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The welcome pack was a very lovely bonus with some amazing local products. Will definitely return.

Drive was slightly narrow due to a metal water post but good turning area near the cottage.

"Rural idyll."

Quiet, rural location. No light pollution. Comfortable bed & homely with a well equipped kitchen and a sense of being at 'home'. Great as a base for exploring Norfolk. Lots of original features to property.

Quite warm for us. Took time to work out how to turn down the under floor heating. Steep stairs so not suitable for everyone - part of its charm and character.

"A lovely place for a break"

The location is lovely . very well equipped, very detailed property instructions including videos , which i thought was a really good idea . an ideal place for a break any time of the year

The stairs would be tricky for some age groups . The signage could be abit more noticeable as we drove past the cottage despite the directions supplied
