Location was great and the flat was set up well for a good week!

I think the check-in is a bit late especially as check out is at 10am

Impeccably clean, high quality linen, crispy white towels (more than we managed to use), beautifully decorated, bathroom electric radiator, welcome basket with wonderful local teas etc, milk in the fridge. I usually carry my own pillow with me. Havent used it this time around as all the pillows were spotless (like new), same about a duvet etc. Nice view. Brilliant location.

Wonderful homely space, great location

Bedrooms clean and tidy and use of a washing machine

No allocated parking and needing to fight for a car park space which meant you couldn't leave St Ives when you got a space near the property. Noisy neighbour shouting and swearing through the day and at 3am in the morning threatening the kill someone with a gun and shouting about being left wing. Police had to be called. Raised this issue with the owner/booking but they said because it was an issue with an external issue and wouldn't provide any compensation despite speaking to other neighbours who are residents and have said this has been an issue for years. The sash windows also rattle all night but that bares into insignificance compared to the shouting and carrying on.

Peaceful, windows gave sunshine, good light & views of the sea. The flat had everything we needed. We couldn’t get TV due to poor signal but managed happily without.

Bathroom was cold due to rad not working. Hope they fix before next visitors. Everything else really good.

Location and facilities were exactly as pictured.
