Early check in or late check out available by request (additional fee applicable). The house cannot accommodate more than 4 guests. If this house rule is transgressed the reservation will be canceled and the total price of the reservation will not be refunded. Please note storage for bicycles is not provided, as the courtyard is shared with a neighboring property. Guests will need to arrange their own storage.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. "Awful- wouldn’t give it one star, they describe it as 5 star. Very dirty, unhealthy stay"

The musty dirty smell hits you when you open the door. The property is dirty, mouldy and needs some significant investment. Additionally, they describe the property as 350 yards from the sea with parking. Which is definitely not the case. The property is located next door to the box which has a delivery very early in the morning.

You are constantly mailed requesting how many guests are staying and if you request an earlier check in , they charge £40 for 2 hours. They also repeatedly message you telling you how they’ve got guests arriving the next day and what time will you leave and it must be by 10 am.

"Great location but needs a little more attention"

Its location, tiny cottage but has most things you need there to be comfortable.

The sofas are a bit like office furniture, didn’t enjoy the beds I’m afraid, I do not like memory foam, curtains were too short for the windows - really odd! Just felt quite basic. Unfortunately the bed gave me terrible neck pain. Also found the pricing not transparent while booking, apparently I had only booked the ‘house’ for single occupancy and then ended up having to send additional money on the day of arrival. Bit of a let down and wouldn’t stay again.

Location although the queue at the bus stop was tight outside the lounge / zero privacy. Had to ask someone to move to get in front door

Very small and stairs too dangerous for my Mum do she slept downstairs . The little lip on the floor to downstairs bedroom needs removing - painful to step on bare foot. Little things need to be adjusted to make safe
