Our 3rd visit, exceptionally clean, very well equipped, comfy beds, great location 5 minutes from the Beach, great fish & chip shop 2 minutes walk

Shower could do with a shelf or something to put toiletries on

The house is big and spacious with all the facilities we could think of. Every item which is on the owner's list in booking was there and more.Highly maintend. The location was great, just a minute from a store and a few minutes from the beach. A good visitors book. We relied on their recomendation about hiering a boat and it was a great day.

Beautiful cottage in the most perfect location. So peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach, fish and chip shop and small supermarket. Had absolutely everything we needed and the added extras were so appreciated and made the stay so much more relaxing with children (stair gates, garden toys, children’s books, small table and chairs). Really clean and spacious, great amenities such as dishwasher and washing tablets. We did bring our own washing tablets but there were some provided. Lovely welcome basket too. Great location - we visited Wells Next To The Sea, Bewilderwood, The Broads and of course lots of beach visits. Already looking at when we can return - my favourite visit to Norfolk yet.

Great location.. house was so welcoming, everything there we needed and more. Loved the enclosed garden for our dog to run around in.
