"Beautiful property, but not suitable for those with young families"

It’s a really beautiful property in a stunning location. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the welcome pack when we arrived, thank you.

The property isn’t suitable for families with young children. - Despite requesting to have a check in at 5pm and not 6pm, this was rejected. -No stair gate upstairs where the kids room is and the stairs are very steep. -No washing machine! vital for a week away with the family. -No towels provided for the children, so we had to call to request these. -Very uncomfortable mattress in one of the bedrooms.
