No.18 Holmfirth

Wonderfully quaint little cottage in a great location in Holmfirth. Very cosy with some excellent little touches throughout. Only a short 5 minute walk into Holmfirth centre. A great base from which to explore from. Highly recommended!

Nothing although you will require a taxi to get back Up the hill after a night out … steep but walkable .

Great location but you need to be fit to walk up & down the steep hill to get to the town centre. Really quiet, great views, great walks, gas log burner a bonus. Bed comfy, kitchen adequate.

Shower was just ok water pressure is poor. Bath takes an age to fill. No blind on the bathroom which is frosted but straight onto the road so you're silhouette will stand out.

Excellent host providing clear instructions and a brilliant property. Everything was easy except the walk up the hill but that’s part of the charm of Holmfirth

Nothing not to like

Very cute cottage big enough for two, ideally located close to shops restaurants and bars, Joanne is a fantastic host. There is a steep bank to climb back to the property but if you are in good health this is doable. Easy to park. Would definitely stay again.
