Such a lovely cozy house. Everything is ready to go in the house plus little bits just in case you've forgotten anything, plus a few nibblies in case you get peckish....wonderful 😊 It is super clean and comfortable plus the parking is right outside which is a bonus. WiFi great and YouTube ready on the telly. Highly recommended.

House is perfect 😁 I'd be super fit if I lived there climbing the Holmfirth banks. Recommend cutting through the park to get to the house, so much easier than struggling up Cooper Lane 😊

No 18 is a lovely cottage, conveniently situated approx 5 minutes walk from the centre of Holmfirth which has a host of great independent bars, restaurants and shops. What made our stay extra special was the obvious thought and care that has been put in to providing everything you need for a relaxing break. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and our only complaint is that we weren’t staying longer! Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Everything was perfect. Only fair to mention that it is a steep walk back up the hill so perhaps not suitable for everyone, but for us just meant we could eat more chips at dinner!

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Tastefully decorated throughout. All mod cons, we could hope for. Cosy. Perfect for couples. Hostess had great communication, and very friendly and helpful. This will always be our first choice when visiting Holmfirth.

What an exceptional little place to stay with the most incredible service, very convenient location close to everything in town. Clean, comfortable place to stay.

Very nice comfortable well equipped cottage set back from the bustle of the main town . Providing excellent facilities even down to toiletries you might have forgotten

Loads of little extras and beautifully kitted out . Scenery is fantastic and the town is fabulous.

Stairs need a hand rail. TV wasn't very good . Toilet was hard to flush .

Everything was lovely. The host has gone the extra mile and thought of lots of lovely little extras. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Nothing was overlooked.

It's not the host fault but the location was hard work for us. We're not young and that hill was so steep. We got a taxi back after going for dinner as we couldn't face the walk. The shower was a bit temperamental too.
