Well equipped cooking etc, peace and quiet, nice neighbour both sides needs a side gate for pet comfy bed

Seatee was old and it shows very uncomfortable slide out underneath, which was disgusting has not been hoovered or wiped for along while, some cob webs on lounge ceiling. Hoover would not pick up till I took it apart the filters were that jammed with dog hairs is stunk of wet dog when turned on. Had to clean filter and dirt bowl out to get it to work. NOT THE BEST OR MY JOB WHEN ON HOLIDAYwhen expected to leave premises as we found it. Cooker seals were gone need replacing. Unsuited shower to small for a tall gent 16 stone like myself but there was the bath shower to use.

We stayed at 2 Dellmhor Cottage for 3 nights over the easter holidays and it was great!. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the check in process was seamless. The rooms were well decorated and plenty of clothes storage, the bathrooms were well sized, although the shower in the en-suite is a little cramped. The Kitchen is modern and I especially liked the small Krups coffee machine, a nice touch! The lounge was very comfortable and the sliding doors onto the patio at the front being flung open in the spring sunshine gave the place a lovely feel. The property is ideally located for activities on the Rothieimurcus Estate, being only a 5 minute walk from the Park Centre and Cafe. There are beautiful walks from the doorstep through the forest, my little dog loved them!. Loch Morlich is a 5-10 minute drive up the road, a must visit!. Aviemore town centre is the same in he other direction, or walkable in 20-25. We walked a couple of times to the southern end of Aviemore town (the Italian restaurant and the Old Bridge Inn) and it was very walkable distance.

There were only a couple of minor hiccups during our stay. A mix-up with the checkout time meant that a cleaner initially arrived at 10 am rather than the agreed-upon 11 am, but this was quickly resolved after clarification. Additionally, the back garden is not enclosed, which I must say we were fully aware of prior to our visit, but might be a potential concern for guests traveling with pets; fortunately, we managed by supervising our dog from the front porch with no issues.

Perfect location, very comfortable beds, kitchen very well stocked, great walks from the doorstep, really close to spectacular hikes, mountain biking and great trail running

Spectacular location everything needed in the home to have a relaxing break. Comfortable beds although the smart tv was clearly smarter than me 😆 just as well I brought the kids! Dog walks from door. Just perfect.
