"Excellent stay and just what we needed to escape our busy lives."

Superb little self contained cottage for the family with a little treat on arrival from the owner and plenty of kitchen equipment for self catering with the extra little room for wet shoes and coats a bonus.

Tight turn into the property with a large car which was harder to spot at night on the dark road, perhaps a light by the drive would be good. Dining table and chairs/bench not the most comfortable for 4 adults to enjoy a meal.

Excellent little cottage with all the mod cons: dishwasher, washer/dryer and proper freezer make it really easy travelling with children, even when the weather was poor.

It is a very cosy, clean, quiet cottage. The owner clearly has put lots of efforts to maintain the standard high. My kids love the swing in the garden and baby dear & baby bunny.

All of us love the cottage.

The location was fantastic, just a couple of miles from Cromer. The family friendly cottage was set within the beautiful grounds of the b&b with a view of the sea, it was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

"Lovely little cottage for a small family"

This is a lovely little cottage for 3 of us. There are lovely walks nearby, and it's about 10-15 mins to the centre of Overstrand . It was very clean and comfortable and very light with views over the garden with the sea in the distance. The location is quiet and peaceful .

The turn in from the main road needs to be approached carefully, but fine once we got used to it.Everything else was great
