The Old Schoolhouse

Amazing property . Old but with a modern interior , all decor matches well to the property . Settee is so comfy and with the log burner going it’s so cosy . Kitchen has everything you could need including a washer and separate dryer which is handy while on travels .

Nothing , the tv didn’t work but I had a message quickly saying someone would come and sort the problem

We loved everything! This property was amazing! Best maintained property we have stayed in, in Scotland so far! It hit all the boxes, was so well appointed with everything you’d need and was tastefully set up and decorated. I would definitely recommend to anyone! I wish we’d have been able to stay longer!

Clean,bright,modern..

Only problem was the rail holding the shower head in the downstairs bathroom has come away from the wall and needs re fixing. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything. Exceptionally well appointed, very comfortable and in a great location.

Nothing. The bakery next door is a little expensive but very good quality. The waters edge and the pub are a good walk from the cottage (1.7m).

Spotlessly clean accommodation in a wonderful location. Lovely rooms decorated to a high spec - double with an ensuite and a twin room upstairs with a very spacious bathroom downstairs too. Kitchen had everything we required. The abundance of long life milk pots was much appreciated as we arrived just after the village Spar had closed. The Norse bakehouse next door did great pizza (till 7pm) and fab caramel apple pie & ice cream. Plenty of parking space

Very spacious luxury house

No direct access from the house to the back garden, only via front door and next to garage, also the main dustbins were full look like they had had no collection for awhile, had to crush our rubbish in.
