Fabulous views over the estuary. Quirky, one-off property with bags of character. Comfortable and high-quality interior.

Many, many steep stairs - not for the faint hearted! Car park about an 8 minute walk but both of these are standard for Dartmouth.

"Superb"

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the centre of town. The views were beautiful and we loved the binoculars for watching the boats. Having the parking permit was a real bonus. The decor was really nicely done and there were so many games to keep everyone occupied. The electric log burner was a lovely touch too. All in all it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you

Lovely views Well equipped Nice garden

Knew it was above town so expected the hill Was not aware there were quite a lot of steps from the front door down to the quarters which was a bit of a trial for the ‘disabled wife’
