A perfect location. Good views of Looe River and the sea. Great apartment layout with lots of utilities.

The balconies were in a poor condition. We had to clean them before we could sit out.

View was lovely. Lots of cutlery and crockery Any problems raised were immediately addressed

Position of tv in the room. Furniture was leather and cold throws would have been useful. As the weather was very bad and the heating was not on when we arrived

The steps…but that’s because I am lazy and you can take easier option, do not let the steps put you off this gem!
