"Beautiful cottage!"

Very beautiful, cosy cottage and so convenient as it is right in the middle of town. Bed was incredibly comfy and it was a wonderful place to relax while visiting family in the area.

Well equipped charming Welsh cottage. Everything you need is there. Lovely host, spacious bathroom and comfy bed.

Cottage wasn’t clean. Dusty, old dust (so dusty my eyes and throat were irritated). We hoovered (hoover smelt of dogs) long strands of accumulated dust from the radiators, lampshades cobweb corners, behind sofas and next to the fridge. Photos attached. We hope that our constructive comments will prompt a deep clean. Especially as pets are welcome. Sofa isn’t comfortable but ok for short stay.

Great cottage in a very good location. Good local shops and restaurants plus a few takeaways. Local pubs although I didn’t visit them so can’t comment but looked popular.

Solicitous host. Quirky well thought out property for 2 guests, in good condition, and sensitively restored. Furnished with eclectic antique/preloved items appropriate to its age & style, and very well equipped. In a good town centre location.

Character and location of cottage is good.

I sent a txt to Ruth on our 1st day as there was a letter for her and never received a reply. The tv didn't work during our 4 night stay as the connection was loose and wouldn't hold, didn't think I might get a reply to remedy that either. Also didn't like the smart meter telling us we had overused power budget during our stay. We were out during the day and in the evening cooked our own meals so don't know how so much power was used.
