Great location for exploring this beautiful part of Lincolnshire. The house is in an incredibly quiet spot but close to local amenities in Tattershall and Woodhall spa. I slept soundly every night with the window open which was such a novelty!

Visited Lincolnshire with a mate to explore on motorcycles. This accommodation was perfect for our purposes. Clean, comfortable, and secure secluded parking for the bikes. We had a bathroom each and plenty of space to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and encouraged us to forage local produce in the day and cook in the evening. The village pub is a short stroll away and staffed by a welcoming team. We never got around to using the BBQ hut but it looks interesting. If we visit again I will check availability as this was a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Sadly no cafetiere that we could find so we bought one in woodhall spa and left it there for future guests. You've got to be able to make a decent coffee in the morning.

Great location for what we were doing ,lovely cofy bed nice and quiet. .Great kitchen & bq hut.would DEFINITELY return.

The shower could be a bit more powerful, but that's just being picky.
