Mandarin Lodge with Hot Tub

We liked the property, a lot better than the one we stayed in last year. Had a lovely weekend away.

We arrived and we were really happy, until the electric kept tripping out, the staff were great and very helpful, but we were disappointed to have issues again for our second stay.

Really nice, clean and the hot tub was a lovely touch. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Lovely lodge with everything we needed

Second lodge was very good

First lodge had no heating. Old boilers in a number of these lodges that are temperamental. We had to move lodge after numerous calls and messages. Phone number for emergency takes you to some poor guy in Wales. Was promised a refund but one month on and nothing.

The lodge was very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very helpful when checking in and gave us all the information we needed. We booked to stay here very last minute due to having our booking cancelled elsewhere and we were very happy with the lodge overall.

The hot tub and location were lovely

No WiFi as advertised, was put in the wrong lodge, barely any cutlery. No response from accommodation when brought up my concerns and still not been in touch.

Very clean, spacious lodge. Quiet site.
