Amazing property in a quiet Devon village. The cottage is immaculate and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Photos are good but property exceeds expectations. Wonderful enclosed garden for furry friends and a sunspot for reading and relaxing. Quiet area but very close to local Devon attractions. Lovely beaches and woodland walks close by. Susie, Alan, and Tadhg are such helpful, friendly landlord and hosts. The Blacksmiths Arms is very welcoming and all the meals we had were tasty and great quality. Thanks to Alan for ensuring I had GF options every night to choose from, most grateful. This is one of the best accommodation we have stayed in and enjoyed it so much we've booked again to stay in 2 months time.

Next door to lovely pub! Enclosed garden for the dog, off the bedroom

Would be good to have some hooks to hang coats by the front door and a Doormat from garden to bedroom would save muddy paws making a mess.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It's quite a new property, and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything was modern, spacious yet incredibly cosy and comfortable.

Roomy, modern and with lovely outside space. Brilliant for a group of people as two great bathrooms , quiet village with a brilliant pub !!

Lovely Village. House and layout was great, bathrooms immaculate.

Underfloor heating wasn't adequate for late March weather. Small blow heater fire was very drying so unfortunately it didn't compensate.

Brilliant open plan living space with outstanding kitchen facilities
