"Lovely place, very clean great for a small family. Close to Filey beach …great for walks and picnic if weather is good."

Quiteness, clean and leisure activity and close a proximity to the beach. Good to have Netflix. Log fire was available …very romantic and cosy feel!

No self in the bathroom of the twin bed room and it would have been helpful to have a Guest guide where you could recommend a few local restaurants and what to do list. It always nice to a recommended list to follow for people who are new to the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need at hand. Tastefully decorated. Great location Lovely walk to the beach and to Filey. Owners very helpful.

Sensors in bathroom bit annoying as on and off during night.
