Archie's Cottage

The outside lighting was very helpful as we arrived after dark. The correspondence from Chris before and after our stay was very useful. The cottage is fantastic and located in a perf3ct area for exploring Lincoln.

Very easy to get the keys as prior instructions were very thorough. The location is superb and enabled us to get the most out of our historical exploration of Lincoln. We liked this being echoed in the picture on the walls in the property. The street was quiet with no noise from adjoining neighbours. We found a parking space in front of the property every time. The double bed was very comfortable. The cottage was well supplied with crockery and everything you needed. A carton of milk had been left for our 3 night stay.

We had an issue with the cleanliness but the owners resolved this immediately. Stairs with heavy fire door at the bottom were a challenge to negotiate.

Good location with good amenities. A2B Cabs were excellent.

Good size for a short New Year break. Most points of interest within walking distance. Felt safe. Traditional workman's terraced house decorated to a high standard.

Very steep internal stairs. One way street with on street parking was at times challenging.

The cottage was in a perfect location near the cathedral and castle. The cottage was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want for a stay.

Good location took around 15 mins to walk into town. Got an Uber back from town with all our shopping cost around £6. Cottage was very clean and cosy with everything you need for cooking etc, would definitely recommend.

Archies cottage was exactly what we required. Comfortable and well equipped. Close to the amazing Cathedral and castle.
