"Pleasant"

Location close to where needed

Living room flooring and stair case we're dirty. We had issue with shower curtain and the water pressure. A bit disappointed at the state of the flooring as I felt we were stepping on dirt 😔 and need to hoover

"Potential to be 5 Star. But not quite."

The house is generally well presented and equipped. The decor is basic but functional, and could do with a freshen up.. The hosts were great at communicating. Would I stay again, probably.

There were a few minor issues that weren't an issue for our stay, but did cause an inconvenience.. Bathroom door locks broken, shower rails broken, only 2 keys, windows locked. Which for 5 working adults, was less than ideal. Location was commutable into the centre of Dartford, but right next to the M25, so noisy 24/7. Price was slightly high for the condition/location and for 5 working adults, who were there for work and not leisure. Only 2 double beds, 1 twin and 2 singles.
