Magpie 4 Hot Tub Huntersmoon-Warminster-Bath-Salisbury

It was in a beautiful and practical location. Near everything we needed/wanted. I love the private hot tub! The bed was really comfortable and everything needed was supplied.

Could have done with tea and coffee, but we were happy with everything really. The back door could do with being made less stiff.

We loved the wildlife all around the cabin. Every morning we had a coffee outside to see all the birds and at night there were toads which was amazing seeing. The lakes and river running along were great apart from the algae in both the course lakes on the property. The stars from the cabin were incredible as there weren’t any glaring lights like were we are from. The hot tub was glorious! And the bed was amazing and comfy.

The only thing which wasn’t so great was the algae in the two course lakes. But the river was amazing! :)

Location, accommodation, peacefulness, fishing. Loved the Hot tub and the 4 poster bed. The staff were lovely and it was a very clean site.

No fish in the main lake.Also the pub opposite had no chef for the time we were there (it was nothing to do with Hunters Moon ) which was a bit of a pain.

I went to use frying pan and it still had food on it ... Didn't see any staff member as key was left in lodge on arrival.

The setting was a haven beside a lake with herons and egrets flying to and fro. Very tranquil save for the background road noise.

It was a bit isolated, down a windy road - googlemaps didnt quite get the right location. I imagine it would be quite cold when winter sets in (just missed a snowfall) .
