The Old Bakery

The location was perfect for either walking into the city (about 25mins) or catching one of the regular buses. Permit parking was easy right outside the property. The facilities at The Old Bakery were spot on and the digital guide was also a useful resource for exploring the local area. I would not hesitate to return here in the future.

Very close to a short bus ride into city centre. Parking near the accommodation was easy and straightforward. The host arranged for us to park before the check in time which was very helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches such as a book with a comprehensive guide to things to do and places to eat.

The old bakery is a home away from home! It was a last minute decision to spend christmas away, and this place was perfect. We had a proper kitchen for Christmas dinner, and there was even a Christmas tree!

The bedroom is next to a road, which means it can be a little noisy, but this certainly didn't detract from what was a lovely stay.

Great location in the Unthank Road area with super local amenities but also only a 10min walk to the city centre. The property was clean and had everything you need for a short stay although if staying longer I’m sure the hosts/owners would accommodate your needs as they were super helpful.

The apartment was beautiful, tastefully furnished and decorated and was spotlessly clean. The hosts Tom and Patsy sent messages when it was ready to check-in at 1.30pm, so could go in early, which was so good after a 5 hour drive. can't fault them
