Couldn’t fault the area of the caravan and views were faultless.

Where do I start! In short terms.. We arrived at around 2pm to discover boiler problem which then resulted in us having no gas, so no hot water no heating and no gas hob! We contacted number given by property which couldn’t be reached! Contacted owner which I’m still awaiting a reply.. for the price paid at least we expected heating but to not even send a reply of acknowledgement or even refund part of stay is mind blowing way to deal with things! Booking.com also very unhelpful as owner wouldn’t reply to them either!
