St Andrews Holiday Home - Bay views

The location was beautiful, with a lovely view of the sea. It was a nice walk along the coast to the centre of St Andrews.

Because of its location right next to the sea, the caravans become very noisy on windy days/nights.

Well appointed and well equipped caravan in an exceptional spot on the site. Fantastic views over East Sands to the town and a short walk along the costal path into town.

Perfect location. Very nice site, very clean & ideal for exploring the East Neuk

The caravan was great. Possibly fix the fridge door and outside door so it can remain open but all in all an excellent property👍

Loved the property it had everything we were looking for especially when you are travelling with a dog, she had a ball. Location was great with a lovely walk into St Andrews or a great walk along the Fife coastal path. Everything was clean and loved the little extras like box of shortbread. We would definitely stay again

Stayed here two nights to go to a wedding at kinkel byre. Amazing location, clean and great communication. Will hopefully be able to return

Caravan was nice and in a good location

Electrical Fault occurred the 1st night of our stay and we were unable to get them working again ..Gas Bottle also ran out ,No Wi-Fi despite it being advertised as having it ..By 2 nd night we had to leave at 10 pm as no electrics or heating and weather was verging on minus Owner said I would receive compensation but no response to asking if this has been done **Update 24/3 **£100 Compensation Received from owner who clearly doesn’t like to hear the truth spoken

Great Location. The caravan was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The shortbread with tea/coffee on arrival was a lovely touch. I loved the Panda bedcovers—my favorite animal! The cute wee heart post-its in the book were great, we didn't need to take any of the actions but would have made it easy without information overload.

I'd have given an excellent rating but for the fact that the wifi didn't work - or to be more precise the connection to the internet (so I think something external) . As we were only there for a couple of days it wasn't a major issue for us as we were out and could use our data but If someone who had kids and was there for a week might not be as happy. The only other thing is minor but rather than the 3 small covers to protect the couch maybe 1 bigger throw - they keep coming off!

Warm & Very Homely, Just a very small walk to the beach. Went out of season; so the caravan site was quiet which was a bonus. Very welcoming with tea/coffee condiments. Lovely experience overall; thank-you for letting us bring our two dogs! I feel like the negative reviews previously did not reflect the experience which we received. Will defiantly be looking to book again :)

-Small details to cleanliness needed however; loved every minute at your caravan. We couldn’t get the Wifi to work (but did not bother us), although we couldn’t find a baking tray for the oven.
