Great location. Owner very helpful and friendly. Great to have a cafe a few doors down.

Patio area could do with cleaning and sprucing up. Towels were too small.

Views were lovely and walk along marina was picturesque. Good cafe and pub close by. Cosy sitting room, proper kitchen and cooking facilities.

Lacking basic cleanliness. Entire place needed a deep clean. Shower and taps running hot and cold.

Location was great.

The bathroom is a bit dated and wouldn't miss a bit of TLC The double bed needs a new mattress. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. One of the sofas also had a broken spring . Some of the other areas of the house could do with a bit more attention to cleaning.
