Large 4 bedroom home in Boston Spa village In-between York, Harrogate and Leeds, Sleeps 9

The house is very spacious. There are 3 bedroom (a double bed or 2 single beds in each bedroom which can be put together) and 2 bathrooms (with toilets) on the upstairs. There is a toilet and a bedroom for three (a double bed and a single bed) on the ground floor. There is also a kitchen (with washing machine and fridge) , 2 living rooms and a garden on the ground floor. We can easily park two 7 seaters outside the house. The entire house is clean and tidy. Communication with the host is efficient and easy.

I got a small child but stair gates and a high chair are not available. Although there are two bathrooms on the upstairs, the water pressure / boiler is not sufficient to support two persons to take bath/ shower at the same time. Therefore, a total of seven of us still need to take shower one by one after the journey of each day despite there are two bathrooms.

Breakfast not applicable. Excellent location for us.

Nothing untoward.

House very spacious clean and well maintained Facilities were excellent - down to dishwashers tabs and tea and coffee etc being in the kitchen There was even shower gel in the bathrooms upstairs Plenty of clean towels Communicating with the host was very good Highly recommended
