The Bays

This is a comfortable 3 bedroom house in a good location. It is well equipped and pleasantly organised, with plenty of space to cook, eat and a separate room to relax. The heating, when working, is efficient.

The key lock box is very difficult to open. The heating was not working when we arrived and the instructions to fix the problem involved finding the boiler, which we were unable to locate. However, we were able to get the heating working without access to the boiler.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Bays, it was homely clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and various other essentials and plenty of parking.

The weather! we stayed mid storm in January, but the house was cozy and warm

The Bays is in a quiet, residential area, a short walk from the North Beach. It's a great location for a base to explore the area, an easy walk into Bridlington town centre or Sewerby. The accommodation is a good size, really well equipped and clean, it was warm and cosy on our arrival. There are lots of lovely little touches that you don't often get, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, ample toilet rolls and even a box of chocolates. Beds were made up on arrival with plenty of clean towels. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. An excellent stay.

A beautifully presented, spacious house with three double bedrooms in a fantastic location. Quiet but close to the seafront and all amenities. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower plus bath. Off-road parking much appreciated!

Would have been grateful for a few more extra plates and mugs, as we had to wash up all the time.

Great house with everything you need to enjoy a break away.

Nothing really to complain about the house is a described wouldn't say really beachfront but in a good location walkable to all bridlington has to offer.
