The Little House by the Ness

The highlight for us was its prime location for sightseeing in the city center! We enjoyed walking along the Ness pathway, which is across the street, and beyond each day. It was convenient that our car could be parked across the street for no additional charge. The house has everything we needed, too! It’s very nicely decorated and well-organized. The updated bathroom has a wonderful shower and mirror. There are several items that aren’t usually provided: washcloths, generous amounts of toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen (with a larger-than-normal variety of condiments, tea, and coffee), electrical converters, and books/games for both children and adults. Delicious cookies and fudge were awaiting us on the kitchen counter.

We washed two loads of laundry. The load with the 30-minute cycle worked properly; however, there was a problem with the Delicate load. (It didn’t want to rinse/spin and just kept running.) When I shared this information with our host, he said that he wasn’t aware of this issue and would look into it.

Molto confortevole, comoda, pulita, arredata con gusto. Delizioso piccolo giardino sul retro. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. L’ospite ci ha anche lasciato piccoli doni di benvenuto, molto gradevoli.

Se nota un gran cariño en lo que sus anfitriones hacen para que esta encantadora casa sea tan acogedora. Pequeña pero súper completa y de muy buen gusto. Nos encantó alojarnos allí.

First I have to say that the host is wonderful, super attentive and caring. She even set up a little celebration for my daughter's graduation.The location was really good, just over the river via a pedestrian bridge into the old town, very accessible to everything. The house is set up really nicely and had everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint is that the beds could have been a little more comfortable. I like a soft bed and it was a little hard.
