We received a welcome package which was lovely, home baked cakes, nice touch.

Front bedroom windows were like paper, very noisy with traffic which you could hear whilst trying to sleep. The mattress on the bed was too soft. 2nd bedroom mattress felt like lying on springs. Bathroom, hot water for a shower needed a 15 minute boost, which only did 2 showers. We had 4 adults. Boost button.was in a creepy cupboard under the stairs, luckily my husband isn't scared if there were spiders. Streaks on shower screen and any other flat surface. Easily fixed by rubbing out Streaks to give a glossy shine.

Good heating and comfortable beds. Large place. Lovely buns left out.

Gas hob didn't work. Door code wrong.
