Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Victorian Townhouse

Great location for the airport as we were coming down from the NW. Well appointed and well equipped. Nice welcome package and easy to get into. The lock box meant that a 5am exit was easy as well. Good streaming services meant some entertainment in the evening.

A minor quibble but the mattress in the front bedroom was so soft it was difficult to sleep.

Stains on sofas, carpets, beds Cups & plates filthy Kitchen worktops & oven dirty & greasy Hairs in bathtub Windows scruffy Mattresses: All so uncomfortable, especially the sofa-bed, so thin can feel every spring Broken: Cupboard doors No handles on some drawers Missing skirting boards/unfinished flooring Lights not working Towels: Face Towels provided only, smells of grease! Overall a very disappointing stay, sofa bed was that bad 2 guests paid to stay somewhere else for the 2 nights. We had to buy bath towels for our stay as the small face towels were unacceptable. Such a shame this property didn't live up to the photos as location was ideal to see family that lived nearby. Really needs a good clean & a lot of TLC

It was a great stay, a perfect location for a family for doing activities in Belfast and around the local area. Would highly recommend! Owner was so easy to get in contact with and was very helpful.

The location of the house was perfect, it definitely felt like you were staying in a home, rather than an impersonal holiday let. There were lovely touches left by the hosts and great communication and help when required. Will happily stay there again.

The weather let us down! Not the fault of the property of course!

Lovely property. Already trying to plan another visit. We went with kids and went to nearby Lagan valley leisure plex to the pool there and then into Belfast for a meal in the evening.

Great location for visiting family. Our third stay as the house is excellent value with plenty of space for 4 adults. On street parking nearby although the road is busy. Tesco and Lidl in walking distance. Lots of treats left in the kitchen including a box of scones.

The house only has one bathroom for up to 5 adults. In general, the house was not cleaned to the standard we expected, especially the bath/shower area. This has been the same problem every visit. Several minor maintenance issues jn the kitchen. The front sitting room was too cold to use.
