Spangle Cottage, Borrowby Farm Cottages

The cottage is self-catering. All that I needed bar food was available.

Can't fault a thing.

Amazing backdrop, beautiful location and nice and private cottage. Most of all, very spacious and it was a really nice experience. They also provided a box of chocolates on arrival which was really nice.

Shower, the water was difficult to change and the shower was constantly at hot temperature. No big deal, considering how nice everything else was, this was just a minor issue.

Very comfortable

The location is worth the price of the stay alone. Having come across Borrowby Farm Cottages last year when booking a trip away with my fiance, we didn't expect to be as blown away as we were. The cottages are homely and have all the facilities needed for a short or long stay. The underfloor heating is another added bonus. Wonderful friendly hosts and a new favourite place to visit. Would 100% recommend. It's out of the way enough to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere while still being close to the coastline with Staithes.

Lovely property in beautiful location with stunning views. We were made very welcome and the cottage is very comfortable.

Upstairs was very stuffy as the weather was hot and we couldn’t open the windows.

This cottage is in the best location, out of the way and quiet with the best views I've ever seen...but also only a short drive from the coast. The owner Mark was really helpful and even kind enough to show us around the other cottages before we left, I would happily stay in any of them, they're all beautiful and so cosy ☺️

Perfect location, looking across the countryside with the sea in the distance. Very quiet and peaceful

The Wi-Fi was intermittent but then it was good to take a break.
