"Not what was advertised."

Size

The property needs total renovation, plaster/wallpaper falling off, rotten wood, ingrained dirt, damp. The next door is derelict, the steps to the rear of the property are an accident waiting to happen. It backs onto the council tip. Electrical safety would be compromised by the state of leaks from any substantial rain. Basically it all needs rebuilding. Advert pics not representative. Own pics available for accuracy.

"Weekend in Afan"

Friendly and inviting communication from the host. A cosy warm home with all we needed, including some lovely Welsh cakes as a welcome. We enjoyed the pool table and slept well in comfy beds. Secure bike storage. Thank you for a lovely stay, we'll be back 😊

"Pleasant stay with no problems."

Spacious terraced house in Cymmer. We stayed 12 days due to work in Port Talbot. Quiet, comfortable accommodation, with everything you need. Great comms from host. Local cycle route may appeal...

Not much to dislike, particularly for the price. Shower over bath workd well, but personally think a rubber mat would make it safer.
