Lovely rooms, comfy beds, nice shower, parking space, near beach and town.

A nice house well located and with parking is a plus. Comfy beds and nice bathroom Kitchen well equipped

The oven and the washing machine needs to be cleaner. In the kitchen still missing some cabinets doors

Perfect location, I have stayed in Brighton many times and this was definitely my favourite, it's near everything we wanted we love walking so even if it was a bit further to certain things we walked and didnt use the car once, its tucked away nicely so not drawing attention which I loved. Its a beautiful house, had everything you could possibly need, was clean, fresh and spacious. Owner was friendly and helpful, had an amazing stay.

There wasn't a lock on the bathroom door which was the one and only negative I can mention. We had 4 kids with us 3 of which were teens so they were a bit on edge when showering but perfect apart from that.

Location was good, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. Well equipped, comfortable, generously provisioned, good-sized sitting room and dining table. Didn't cook but the kitchen looked well supplied plus basics ie oil, vinegar, washing up liquid, tea, instant coffee, milk etc.

The bunk room is small but OK for one, it lacks a mirror. The patio doesn't get much sun.
