Rona Cottage

I loved the little bag of goodies left on the side. The house was lovely in a perfect location. We had a great stay!

I would have liked the outdoor area to have been enclosed or had a little fence around because of the dogs.

Excellent cottage in a great location with parking.

The only downside is the size of the fridge freezer which is only appropriate for a 1 bed home! There is ample space to place a full size fridge/freezer in the dining room and that would make the cottage much more appealing for a larger family. Would benefit from more photos and in-depth information as website desperately needs updating. Also Sykes did not reply to any of my WhatsApp messages asking for more information. Discourteous.

Very central-location was brilliant. A little hard to find but a phone call to check confirmed where to go. The property is old and slightly damp but ok. There are a lot of stairs including on the ground floor. Bathroom 1 is on the ground floor, stairs to the first bedroom, a few more stairs to the second bedroom and two bedrooms on the third floor. The winder stairs are steep. (See pictures). Everything you need is in the kitchen and the welcome pack was great.

Slight damp smell but much improved after opening windows - it is an old property.
