It was easy, to access, once I realised I was accessing the wrong lock box. Location was quite good... about 15mins to walk to the harbour.

Upon entering, the décor was tired, but clean. The beds, were not particularly comfortable, had to move things around to get the cot bed in, in the largest room. There were no TV's in any rooms (not essential, but would have been nice) and no TV remote for the one TV there was in the living room. Considering it houses 9 people, working around a bathroom schedule is quite difficult could have done with a separate toilet and bathroom! Better still, 2 toilets when housing that many people. The rooms were very basic and not a single mirror in any rooms, which made it very awkward to getting ready to go out, as other people are using the bathroom where the only mirror was and of course no plugs in the bathroom... not sure how they expect you to do your hair etc... thank goodness for I pad's and reverse camera!! No parking anywhere close by Only one key between all of us, which meant that if any of them went out, someone either had to wait up, or try and meet up, so they could get the key Had to go out and buy all washing up stuff and toilet rolls... these are pretty basic items that should be there! Also, no plug so wasted a lot of water washing up! I know it's self catering, but I've never stayed anywhere where we have to go and buy essentials prior to staying not even a complimentary Tea or Coffee! :(

We had an lovely holiday- amazing and very helpful host! Highly recommended :)

The lady that owns the house was so rude an all while all the children could hear her on the phone, the whole house is falling to bits and spent half the time fixing things, a lot of it they had gone out if there way to try an hide it instead of fixing it, the sofa bed all fell to bits when pulled it out, all insides come out of the cushions, sink broke an leaking an had to clean mould from cupboard under it, key had snapped in bathroom window an just been left so couldn't open window, shower that stiff to turn on the kids an some adults couldn't turn it on, lamps all over with nowhere to plug them in, door and cupboard hinges falling off etc etc, the list goes on an on top of that booking.com sent the wrong dates on the app but the right ones in the confirmation email so a bit confusing
