Convenient situation with customary room plus an animal. Cotton linens.

1/.NOT HOT WATER ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT WHOLE STAY, even though reported immediately upon arrival. Gas yearly check not recorded, previous one 2021... 2/.Both double Bed mattresses need upgrading. 3/.Security light needed at entrance because of step at end of path and to access key. This is dangerous especially in dark, middle of winter in the wet. 4/.Neither TV worked if you were not local. 5/.Heavy China door handle kept falling off and rolling over the floor. 6/.Several light switches did not work. 7/.No toiletries at all except basis toilet hand wash. 8/.Broken Guttering needs attention. 9/.Back, but main entrance garden unkept. 10/.Large main Entrance gate by car parking broken, and did not latch. We had to force the gate to open as it had a chair rammed up against it on other side! No lighting anywhere... 11/.BBQ table in unsafe state. 12/.Heating control...you asked that we reset it, no instructions in the house manual. NB...If we had had hot water fixed we possibly would not have suggested ALL these above faults/improvements..
