Amazing location for all amenities and the beach in walking distance. Surprisingly quiet at night, being right in the town centre. I would recommend a stay to anybody. Haven't spend a lot of time inside, but our LO, founded Netflix very handy :)

"Great location, great hoist. Next door to The Barmouth pub, so expect noise and bins/bottles emptied"

great location excellent hoist

seating in living space extremely uncomfortable. Double bed to small and to hard. Dirty pans. Mould in bathroom cupboard. Break on corner bath. Black sludge on bath taps. Cleaning agent left down side of toilet. Dirty specks left in toilet. Towels damp. Dirty mop left next to fridge. Underwear in bottom draw in top room. Coffee jar congealed coffee. Nail clippings on living floor. Just needs a good clean and attention to detail.
