Lovely house and enjoyed staying for the weekend to celebrate my 40th with friends.

The oven took 2 hours to cook sausages, could maybe invest in an air fryer would be easier and quicker.

"Lovely family getaway"

A lot of effort and thought has gone into this property. The location was ideal, 5 minutes from Blackpool Promenade. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone & everything you need (we had 4 adults, 3 kids & a baby). Parking was easy. Located close to a nice family friendly pub. Hot tub was lovely with privacy screens & lighting. We very much enjoyed the Smart TV's in all rooms & the huge projector in the 4 x singles room for the kids. Host communication was great, very attentive which was appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet residential area. It felt peaceful and relaxing, which made the stay very pleasant. Everything was well organised and easy to access.

Nothing significant to mention. I understand the time restrictions for using the hot tub due to the residential location, but not every group is noisy. Perhaps it would be possible to check with guests beforehand and be a little more flexible depending on the group. The privacy curtains around the hot tub are a great feature and make the space feel very private.
