The Hutch Devon

The Hutch is a beautiful place with a great view. Chloe was a lovely host, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything. Detailed perfection.

Absolutely everything was up to standard and as put in the description! Hosts were lovely! We were even offered a late check out for a small fee;)

Not a bad way to say about the place

I have stayed in hundreds of holiday rentals around the world and what a special place this is. Walking in I instantly felt at home and relaxed! Everything is well thought out, the view and privacy surrounded by nature were amazing. Chloe was super warm and welcoming, and accommodating to any requests. I don't normally re-visit places I stay but I will be returning to The Hutch most certainly. Can't wait!

There was nothing I didn't like. Just needed some salt for cooking but that's the only thing I can think of which says alot!!

Absolutely exceptional property. The Hutch was perfect in every way. Chloe had thought of everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and we totally loved our stay there for three nights.

The Hutch is a lovely place to stay, there is nothing to dislike as you have everything there you could possibly need. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Chloe is a great host and providing items for breakfast was very generous. I would happily come back and stay again.

The location is perfect for travelling in and around Exeter while being in the countryside with beautiful and tranquil views. The Hutch is comfortable and has all the ammenities you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was great. All in all a perfect little get away.

We couldn't get the internt to work. It connected but for some reason we couldn't use it on any or our devices.
