"Great house in great location, very comfy beds."

Lovely house in a great location within walking distance tot he Coop and Pub. Clean and warm, very comfy beds, all the kitchen equipment you could need and easy parking.

The dish washer tablet allocation was a bit tight at 2 for 3 nights stay.

"Very Good"

The property was clean & warm on arrival . Location spectacular . Spacious throughout with two bathrooms . Open plan lounge kitchen diner . Views amazing ! Comfortable beds & plenty of towels for everyone .

The steps upto the front door were a bit loose in partsthere is no outdoor light to guide you. The staircase & floor boards were very noisy , creaky so if you are up in the lounge & some one is in the downstairs room it was awful . The oven trays looked like they needed to be replaced . The hot water did not last for long, couldn't have a bath !

"Great time had by all : )"

We stay in Langdale a few times a year mainly at the Langdale estate, on a couple of occasions this year we have booked cottages, the location is perfect here for access to lovely pubs and walks also close to the village for food shopping. The cottage is beautiful very clean and lovely decor very comfy sofas and beds too, it was really warm the heating is very efficient. Gorgeous views from front windows and very bright and airy loved it would return : ).

It is hard to think of a negative? so will just leave it at the above : )

"The perfect stay I would love to return."

Wonderful spacious and comfortable 3 story home in a beautiful location. Perfect for myself and my young children. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life ! Also it has 2 bathrooms not 1 which was a pleasant surprise
