Tanamuir, overlooking Loch Fyne, Strachur

The location was great. There is a general store/tea room across the road - very handy - and a pub quite close, with good food.

Amazing stay! The house is simply fantastic: you will find literally everything you need and maybe more. Besides, it’s spotless, spacious, bright and there’s a good smell all around. We loved the bathrooms and the shower is absolutely perfect: excellent pressure of water, space and nice tiles. The view on the lake is gorgeous, we loved waking up every morning in such a lovely place and breath the fresh air coming from the lake. Inveraray, with lots of nice restaurants and ita amazing castle, is very near. Just try Whistlefield Inn: stunning meals. Just opposite the house there’s a tearoom and grocery store for your shopping and the road has footpath on either side to walk your dog or to stroll by the lake. Amanda was very kind and at the same time discrete and never intrusive, which is a thing that we appreciated a lot. Honestly, we travel a lot and Tanamuir is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in.

Tanamuir was the perfect size for our family gathering. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The log burner was very cozy at night.

Great location so close to the Loch with amazing views. Very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Great that fire wood was provided for the log burner (which was great when lit) Amanda was great at getting back to us when we had any questions.

Nothing really. If we were being really picky it would have been good to have had more coat hangers.

wonderful, beautifully located cottage, super equipped kitchen, everything what you need to feel like at home, clean, the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise, all was perfect
