"Everything you need and nothing you don’t"

Lovely decor, beautifully maintained. Love this location - close to Wells and Holkham but away from the hectic tourist vibe.

Loved the property. Worth checking beforehand if the pub is open and taking bookings if you are depending on it for food as there isn’t anything else in the village

Great location Beautiful log burner & kitchen space Beautiful pub opposite - highly recommend the food Spacious for a one bedroom Cosy, well presented, some amenities provided within the home/kitchen stock

1 key which caused an issue when the front door shut with the key inside Small paved courtyard was smaller than expected - quite small for a dog if taking with you

Beautifully decorated large accommodation. Food left by hosts including a cake. Great book telling us all about where to visit in the local area. Very comfy nights sleep.

Wonderful accommodation for us 2 and our pooch. Very warm and cosy on a wild and windy weekend. Excellent location for Wells and Holkham. Great pub right opposite. Highly recommended
