Warm,clean,comfortable.Stylish .Well equipped Great location for access to coastal walking

Location good. Cottage was spacious. The host Lena was helpful, she came over to help us with Wi-Fi connection and an other issue with vents in the roof windows. It was only partly resolved. Bed was very nice.

The cottage didn’t feel homely, it lacked personal touches, items that would make it feel like a home. This was minimalism gone wrong, just an empty space 🙁. There should have been a bin or box for recycling as well as general rubbish. We have to think about this and encourage this to protect our world.

Fantastic location for easy access to the many north Norfolk beaches there are on offer. I definitely recommend the Carpenters Arms for food and drink- be aware it’s closed on Monday and Tuesdays

Location was perfect for us - a quiet village setting, just inland from the coast and only 37 steps to the lovely carpenters arms. The property inside was perfect size for the two of us and our two medium sized dogs. It was the perfect place for a short stay by the coast. Off road parking, behind the gate, made unloading the car safe and hassle free and a pretty front garden with chairs would have been enjoyed if we had stayed longer. , Whilst the front is not 100% secure if you have dogs which don’t jump or try to get through a five bat gate it’s secure under supervision. Rooms were big, bright, clean and the house had a lovely feel to it. Everything you needed was there We didn’t meet the owner but communication beforehand was really helpful and kind, as well as efficient. All in all a lovely place to stay.

This isn’t a criticism of the property at all, merely an observation the private outside space is limited, but we did know this before booking and the host couldn’t have been more clear. If we were staying longer a bit more private outside space would be nice as the courtyard is right next to the adjoining houses garden and entertainment area.

The accommodation was very clean modern and comfortable we felt very at home right away. There was everything there that you could possibly need. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The location was very good for exploring Wells and many of the other surrounding coastal areas. The pub across the road serves an excellent meal and the staff were very friendly 👌. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it !

I cannot think of much apart from no toilet roll holder in the bathroom but that is a very minor issue.

Could have been cleaner, cobwebs, dead flys on window sill, grubby floor in places but nothing major.
