"A little gem in lovely countryside"

A little gem of a place in a fantastic location. Fab welcome from Paula, who made us feel immediately at home. Property was small, as expected, but beautifully laid out with great facilities. Also a beautiful garden area with a summer house and access to laundry facilities. Will definitely stay again

"Nice but small cottage that does have most things for a good stay:)"

The serenity was lovely

Although we did enjoy it we did expect it to be bigger than it was and that the washing machine was inside the cottage. Not a problem to walk to outer building during summer. The bedding was too heavy for the warm nights .

Absolutely amazing location, with kind and excellent hosts. Loved the garden area, and spent a lovely morning just enjoying it from the glass house while it rained. Loved waking up to the sheep sounds. Would stay again.

Bedding was a bit damp upon arrival, always a challenge during a rainy week. Also, my husband and I found that the duvet was a bit small to cover us both comfortably at night. Everything else was just lovely.

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay"

The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped.Location was ideal for visiting local area and our concert trip to Scarborough open theatre which is less tha 10 minutes away in car. There clearly had been a lot of thought gone into the site as highlighted by the fact we had our own private garden area which we took full advantage of. Hosts Paula and David were excellent.

I really have no negatives
