Clean and well equipped

The seagulls were relentless, barely slept because of them. Duvets could of been thinner for the heatwave or a couple extra fans. To be able to go into the restaurant or bar on sight you have to pay £10 per person, that would of been 50 quid for us to have the chance to buy dinner or a drink.

Really really lovely , everything thought of to make you feel at home. Wished we had stayed longer Ideal position and we had lovely weather. Will definitely use this again

This property was immaculately clean, and well equiped. There were supplies of everything you could wish for for a luxury break. Communication regarding the dropbox code for the keys was prompt and easy to follow. We arrived late afternoon with the sun blazing, and entered the resort, which is one of the smaller ParkResorts, John and Mikes instructions were spot on for getting to the holiday home, which was close to the amenities, with plenty of parking outside the home. A beatiful patio area surrounded the front and one side of the Caravan, with patio furniture, decorative plants and screening. It looked a picture, first impressions definitely counted for us. When we entered the property, we were blown away, it smelt so fresh, and clean. A table was laid with good quality china and cutlery. A fridge freezer stocked with enough milk pots to float a battleship, coffe,tea fruit juice amd two lovely bottles of wine ( Cheers). Nosing round the cupboards we also found a lovely selection of spices and condiments, and clean pots and pans to use them in. The main living area was spacious and very comfortable. Shower and Main WC area was spotless and again well stocked with cleaning and personal hygeine essentials. Opposite this was a smaller twin room which my grandaughter and Nanny shared. It was warm, clean and the bedding was luxurious. At the far end was Grandads double ensuite bedroom, which was as good as a hotel room. If I wanted to stay up a little later, I could without disturbing the others. As I mentioned earlier the resort is one of ParkResorts smaller and fairly basic family centres, with entertainment provided by the resort hosts, Childrens hours and club games, the obligatory bingo hour!!, followed by showtime in the evening. A dining area is provided, but we found the food service to be rather pricey, and hit and miss as to what was available. However with the facilities at the holiday home, we will tend towards self catering next time.

REGARDING THE HOLIDAY HOME.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO GRUMBLE ABOUT! As to the resort. Be fair to the children that use the arcade area, make the machines a little more friendly, ie cranes that dont open before they lift up, a few more cheaper ie less than £1 a go games. There were a few Twopenny pushers, but these mostly appeared to be heavily weighted. Most of the machines pump out streams of tokens, and after obtaining enough to wallpaper the hall, found the prize value was 8 Fruit salad like chews! Being a holiday resort I expect to pay a pound or so extra on adult drinks, but find making a buck out of the childrens holiday money to be pushing it a bit!!

To eat on the park you need to have to win the lottery but if you make your own food the park is good

Spotlessly clean, above and beyond service making it a great last minute getaway.

Spacious slept 5 comfortably fantastically equipped kitchen. Did Christmas Day dinner for 5 seated 4 people perfect had to stick the little one on end of table. great location. 5 mins to sandy did some body boarding at beach. Has laundry facilities £7.50 for family of four washed and dried.great for walking dogs we had 2 as well in caravan plenty of space 2 little ones. Great storage facilities on veranda stored all our wetsuits body boards easily.
