Beautiful presented, comfortable property, all the facilities you require for a stay. Loved the log burner on a chilly winter night. Short walk into to village. Plenty of walks etc around the area. We will be back. Thank you

Loved the property, very clean, great decor, and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the walk along the river into Bellingham. Good location for exploring. Welcome pack was a lovely consideration.

No freezer compartment in the fridge, So no ice for drinks.

We were blown away by how gorgeous the cottage was inside, beautifully decorated, yet so comfortable that we immediately felt at home. Bathroom and bedrooms were amazing, spa bath and powerful shower, lovely feather duvets & pillows, and high quality bed linen. Kitchen small but beautiful and very well equipped - fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Set in idyllic English countryside. We enjoyed our breakfast cuppa in the garden, looking over fields of grazing sheep, watching buzzards soaring overhead and a nuthatch on the garden wall. In the evening the view of the sunset was stunning. Lovely welcome treats on arrival. Hosts were away but kept in touch by email to make sure everything was going well. Really couldn't have been happier with our stay.

There was no tea towel or oven glove! That's it. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Amazing.
