Location - Howarth is great

There was a smell of smoke in the bedsheets/one of the bedrooms. We had been contacted in advance to ask how many beds to make up - I had indicated 4 beds and we arrived to 3 beds made up, not a big issue though.

How near it was to the village

It was very basic and not enough utilities and open fire would be better and also lots of left over items in cupboard

Comfy beds. Warm. Near to restaurants and main street.

After having a shower the water leaked from the bathroom floor to the corner of the living room. You could see it was an ongoing problem as there was a patch painted in the corner of the ceiling. Because of this the house smelt slightly damp. The bathroom and skirting boards could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up

The house was clean but the bathroom was disappointing and in need of a makeover- comfortable but needed freshening up. Smaller bedroom could do with a piece of furniture to store clothes rather than a small rail.

The property owner is very proactive and provides accurate information for getting in to the cottage along with fantastic recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. The cottage is very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful cottage in Haworth. Lots of space, clean and cute, on quiet street within walking distance to the center of town.

Close to town centre

Fridge not working,kitchen tap dripping. Although to be fair these were sorted out fairly quickly
